RETURN POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless any part of the order is found to be damaged or defective within 48 hours of delivery, in which case we will gladly exchange the damaged part or item. We must receive notification of damaged or defective parts within 48 hours of delivery.
If the item was picked up from our showroom store and it is damaged or defective you must bring it back to our store in its original packaging along with the invoice in order to process the exchange. We do not cover the cost to deliver replacement merchandise if the original order did not include delivery.
Returns - All sales are final. Merchandise received in good condition is not returnable or cancelable, no refunds are available for any reason.
By approving your final invoice and submitting payment for items you've ordered, you are acknowledging that you have accepted the purchase of those items within the terms and conditions as follows:
If your item arrives damaged you must contact us at via e-mail at sales@capricefurniture.com within 48 hours. Please include your name, phone number, invoice number, purchase date, a detailed description of the damage, and pictures if available. After we receive your e-mail, we will review the details and contact you to either repair, replace, or provide you with a reasonable reimbursement for repairs (method to be chosen at our sole discretion).
If your original invoice included delivery, and we choose to replace the item, then
there will be absolutely no charge for pick up and re-delivery of the damaged item
or portion thereof. If the original invoice was for pickup, and we choose to replace
it, then it must be brought back to our showroom store in its original factory
packaging or a 20% re-packaging fee will be charged.
If you do not notify us within the 48 hour time period, you are agreeing to accept
the delivered items "as is" and also agree that Caprice Furniture assumes no
liability whatsoever regarding the condition of products you have purchased and
taken possession of.
All orders and prices subject to final aproval by management. Prices
may change at any time. Caprice Furniture and all related entities are
not responsible for any discrepancies, omissions, glitches, or errors
found within this website.
