Q: How long does it take to get my furniture once I place an order?
A: Most orders are processed and delivered within 4-10 business days. Some items which are backordered by the manufacturer may take longer. Once an order is placed, we will go process the order and contact you within 3-5 business days to set up a delivery date, or to schedule your pickup of the item. Please call us before placing your order if you require a more accurate timeframe for delivery or need to check stock on any item.
Q: Does the furniture require assembly?
A: Although many of our items are assembled, some furniture may require assembly. Assembly is fairly easy and all necessary tools, hardware, and simple instructions are included. Items such as dressers, night stands, chest, armoires, mirrors etc. are already assembled.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Cash, Check, ATM/Debit Card, Visa, Master Card, Discover & American Express.
Q: Is there a showroom open to the public?
A: Yes, we do have a showroom store located at 4300 OVERLAND AVE, CULVER CITY, CA 90230. BUSINESS HOURS MONDAY- SATURDAY 11am-7pm. There you can view a small selection of the items we carry and also browse through our extensive selection of catalogs for ordering.
Q: What is your Delivery Charge?
A: Our minimum local delivery charge is $40 and increases depending on your location and quantity ordered. Delivery rates will be provided during the check out process before making payment when ordering online.
Q: Do you offer assembly & set up of furniture?
A: Yes, along with our delivery service we also offer assembly and set up of your furniture for a fee of 3% of your subtotal, this will include assembly of all items ordered, set up inside your residence where indicated and removal of all packaging materials.
Q: Can orders be picked up from your showroom store in Culver City, CA?
A: Yes, merchandise ordered may be picked up at our showroom store. Items for pick up are in factory packaging and some may require assembly. If you would like to pick items up at our showroom, please select that option during checkout and we will contact you within 3-5 business days after placing your order with the specific date after which your items will be available for pickup. You are solely responsible for securing your merchandise to your vehicle, Caprice Furniture is not responsible for any loss or damage to merchandise or damage to your vehicle.
Q: For the items that are displayed on the website, the texture and color of the product will be the same one that I am getting?
A: Color may vary due to users' monitor display. Due to improvement on some items, structure might be different with the one that is displayed.
